Dear Murat,

I am writing to you to thank you for all your services during our wonderful trip to Turkey!  Everything was done perfectly and professionally.  I was referred to you by friends of ours, who said your company was fantastic, and they were right!  Not only did you help us plan the perfect agenda, but helped us select the perfect accommodations, and found us the most affordable intra-Turkey flights that allowed us to get in everything we did.  Istanbul was beautiful to see, but I must say the highlight of the trip was the Cappadocia region.  The cave hotel Esbelli Evi had the most outstanding service, was spotlessly clean and comfortable, and my boys (ages 12 and 14) said it is their favorite hotel they have ever stayed in.  All our guides were great, again, the guide in Cappadocia being one of our favorite guides for any vacation or activity we have ever done.  Thank you for everything!

Best regards,

Susie Fowler

Dear Murat

I met the Valentine family yesterday and they were very happy with their stay in Turkey.

They were impressed with your services and follow up and very much praised all the tour.

We didn't have much time to go through details as they left to Luxor this morning, but if you have any reported comments from them, I would be intereseted to receive a copy of it.

Could you please finalise accounts of this file.

Thank you very much for all your efforts and will be looking forward to the pleasure of doing business with you again in the near future.

Thank you and best regards

Dear Sonay,

We had a wonderful holiday in Turkey and fortunately departed from Zurich last Wednesday, just before airways in Europe were closed, and arrived home on Friday.    We have been catching up with family and paperwork since.

Our regret is that we should have spent a couple more days in Turkey.   Extra time/day in Cappadocia enjoying the atmosphere of Urgip would be enjoyable.    We were very tired  after the full day trip to Aphrodisias and Pamukkale (most enjoyable) followed by the full day driving  from Selcuk, Gallipoli (very moving experience), Istanbul.   I was concerned that the two young men, Mehmet and Nashim, would get back to their families safely.

After our nights in Esbelli Evi Suites, we were disappointed with the Nilya Hotel.    The room and bathroom were small, and it did not have the amenities we expected, eg no hairdryer, soaps. The heating was not turned on and the air conditioner was too noisy.   We would choose not to stay there again.  The Hotel Sultanhan was good and very conveniently situated.

Ross has said a visit to Turkey should be a “must” on everyone’s travel  plans and we will definitely  recommend your services to our friends.

Very best wishes,

Helen Himstedt

Dear Pinar,

my travelmates and I would like to thank you and all your staff for making our stay in Turkey wonderful. We really appreciated the all the services provided, especially the professionalism of our guides (Hamza and Semra) and your welcome phone call at our arrival in Cappadocia!
Turkey has really been a pleasant surprise: apart form the worldwide known historical and natural wonders, I will always keep in my heart the generosity and the spontaneity of Turkish people.
Thank you again.
Kindest regards.

Thank you so much for arranging a wonderful tour for us in Turkey.  It truly was a first class experience, from start to finish!  We especially appreciated our guides--Murat was unbelievably knowledgeable, with a warm personality and great attitude.  We learned so much from him and totally enjoyed his company.  He even got Steven to hike those unbelievably beautiful Cappadocia Valleys - That is an accomplishment!

Pervin became one with us.  Steven says she is like my sister and I believe he is right.  She is one strong, smart lady with a terrific sense of humor and a determined demeanor.  She really got things done!  I hope to see her in NY one day----- or go back to Turkey for her wedding --(but first we need to find her a man!).

You and Pinar really know how to put a trip together.  We were lucky to find you.  Of course, our only regret is that we could not thank you in person!

--Well, maybe one day you will come to NY and we could meet you here :).

Tesekula,

Marcia and Steven

Dear Murat,

Anthony and I have returned to England after enjoying a week's holiday in Turkey.  Our holiday experience was excellent and I think a great deal of thanks needs to go to Sonay for this.  In addiiton to suggesting possible destinations, once these were decided Sonay proved herself to be very organised and professional in her approach to organising our itinery.

We were lucky enough to meet Sonay as she was our guide for the day in Cappadocia.  Anthony and I had a wonderful day and our experience was made better because Sonay frequently checked to ensure that the itinery suited us, was very knowledgeable on the historical facts for the area and had a very pleasant manner.  We both felt that Sonay was very genuine in her desire to ensure that we had a good holiday experience in turkey.

In addition to thanking Sonay personally I wanted you to know how impressed we were with her.  I will have no hesitation in recommending your company to friends and colleagues in England.

Many thanks,

My very dear Murat and Pinar!

I want to thank you with all my heart for the dream come true you arranged for us! It is 1 month after the wedding and I just can’t stop watching the videos and pictures we took. Everything was so beautiful! Everything was so perfect! You taking care of everything made everything so easy! Our friends watch the videos and pictures and ask lots of questions about how we arranged such a great wedding while being here in Iraq and I have only one reference to all their questions J. On the wedding day I was so sure that everything will be wonderful that I didn’t even worry at all! The only thing I felt was pure 100% happiness!!!

Our wedding was definitely different than Russian or American, which made it really special and romantic. And what is making me even happier is the fact that all our relatives and friends had great time and unforgettable memories! We definitely made the right choice on the country and you, guys!

Thank you so much for everything!!! We wish you all the best in whatever you do and wherever you go! Hope to see you again J

Best regards,

Tatsiana and Jeff

Dear Sonay,
How are you?
All is well here, but it's hard to be back to everyday life ;-)

First of all, I’d like to say that the three of us fell in love with your beautiful country and I don’t know about the others, but I definitely want to go back some day. Istanbul needs more time (possibly 2 weeks) and Cappadocia and the parts I didn’t get to see this time. (When I get married I am spending my honeymoon in magic Cappadocia and you are going to look after the arrangements!)

The people are very hospitable and incredibly nice, the food is gorgeous, the culture and everything else is lovely. I felt like I was having History lessons, precious History lessons on a daily basis.

And I want to thank you personally so very much for all your help putting together our trip, the endless e-mails, how well you accommodated all our needs, your assistance, diligence and competence as well. Everything went well for us and we felt protected and assisted at all times.

When we didn’t like our first guide in Selçuk and I called the agency, I was amazed at how quickly and kindly Murat offered to change things for us. In fact, perhaps when things go a bit wrong is the best time to judge a company’s service and yours couldn’t have been better. I recommended your services to a Brazilian couple who is living in Switzerland whom we met on the flight back to Istanbul. They want to go to Cappadocia next time and take their children. And I have been recommending both your country and your agency for everyone here since I’ve been back.

Anyhow, I miss being in beautiful Turkey, a place so rich in heritage and with so many interesting things to see!

I have taken many pictures and once they have been developed, I promise to send you a favourite one, although I am sure there will be many!

Hamsa, our guide in Cappadocia was superb! His Italian was absolutely impeccable and the man is a scholar, knows so much about everything in terms of History of the places, etc, was very polite and kind to us, patient with all the stopping around to shop shop shop! Emre and Tugrul were very nice as well, but Hamsa was the true star :-)

Anyway, this is becoming a book rather than an e-mail…

Hope all is well with you and please thank Murat for his lovely welcoming in Goreme Valley and all his assistance when we were in Selçuk!

I’ll send the picture as soon as I have it.

Warm regards,

Gabriela

 Hi Sonay,
It's nice to hear from you.  We're still on vacation but now in the U.S. with our daughters, their husbands and our new grandchild.  Both Alice and I want to express our gratitude for your assistance in planning our wonderful trip to Turkey.  We had a very good and memorable time.  Also, the flawless tour arrangements, transfers and guides, and even the drivers, were top notch.  Not a thing was overlooked and everybody was there for us exactly as scheduled.  You and your associates did a wonderful job and made our vacation worry free. Our special thanks to Ayse and Gencay for their fabulous guiding.  They were both deep sources of information as well as warm and personable people.  I will be sure to follow up with Ayse and Mustafa about sources of archeological information about Kappadokya.  We've recommended TravelAtelier to several of our companions who are contemplating vacations in Turkey.  Our family vacation here also includes my sister and her children and grandchildren - fifteen in all.  They loved and were amazed at the picutres of Turkey.  Like so many of us Americans who have never been to Turkey, they were amazed at the current life and past history of your country.  It truly is a amazing place.  Let me know if you'd like some pictures and I'll be glad to send them - but don't feel obligated.

Again, our warmest thanks for your help and kindness.  We hope our paths will cross once again in the future.

Despite the final outcome of this incentive -which was extraordinary anyway- your efforts, your presence, your smile, your generosity, your knowledge and service attitude made it one of the events to remember. We are grateful.

Equally I thank my dear colleague, Mirella, who coordinated this project with great finesse and managed to present a unique balance between all the involved parties.

I sincerely hope to have more projects in Turkey just to keep working together.

Please remember that you now have a few more friends in Greece, ready to help you in any aspect and way they can!

We enjoyed spending time with both of you and sincerely hope we can see you again in the not so distant future.

We definitely want to come back but in the spring or Autumn when it's not soooo Cold!

The long ride to Ankara was well worth it.  Ataturk's Mausoleum and museum were fascinating. Manny and Manny Jr both bought Ataturk's biography by Kinross.

The train ride was great fun for us too!

By the way, Mehmet was a great guide.

May the new year bring you continued success, love and peace!

The priest told us at our wedding ritual that we’ve been sent to each other by God. If that is the case (which we have no doubt it is), then so were Murat and Pinar god-sent to us. Being an Asian-European couple, it was our dream to marry in the city of Istanbul. We took the brave decision to go ahead with the idea, but the prospect of organizing it from Cambodia where we live, seemed rather daunting. Until we found them, who turned out to be most reliable, responsible and at the same time friendliest wedding coordinators in Turkey. Every couple wants to have the special and best possible for their wedding and Murat and Pinar’s “project-wise”, personalized work admirably patiently accommodated our endlessly changing demands for the best. Every time we email a question on minute details or a request based on spontaneous ideas (which was almost every day during the three months of preparation), they would reply with assuring “No problem”, “It can be done”, and “That’s why you’re working with us.” They are indeed well acquainted with all the necessary procedures, and searched for well-suited venues throughout Istanbul. Not being based there was not a problem for this mobile, flexible couple at all. Thanks to all the good organization and information provided by them, we were well equipped with good knowledge and proper expectations by the time we arrived one week prior to our big day. Of course we made last minute changes – which were again well absorbed by our dear Murat and Pinar, always with such energy and smiles. By the end of all that, we have not only accomplished our dream wedding, but also have earned very special friends in Turkey.

Thank you Murat and Pinar once again!

Marlene and I want to thank you both for making our trip to Turkey so enjoyable. As first time travelers to Turkey your expertise, attention to detail, understanding
of our needs, as well as providing us with insight and tips on how to get the most our of our time in Turkey make it possible for us to have a truly special vacation.

Even after reading about Istanbul, Cappadocia, and Ephesus and talking to friends whohave traveled to these destinations we would not been able to
sort through all of the logistics required to travel to three very different places and have everything work so smoothly. From travel in the interior, to lodging, where exactly
to visit, and even a selection or restaurants you were so very helpful.

Istanbul, one of the largest cites in the world, with its cultural diversity, geographical location on two continents, and even striking differences within
sections of the city can be somewhat daunting even to people who are used to travel foreign travel. We would not have begun to learn to love Istanbul
without the services of the guide you provided.

And then there is Cappadocia ! No traveler to Turkey should miss this strange and beautiful part of the world with all of its history dating from the beginning of time.
Even the most well traveled sophisticated visitors to unusual parts of the world will be amazed and delighted with Cappadocia. We took home with us a
far greater knowledge of the importance of this areas contribution to early civilization and its impact on this region of the world. The guide you provided
for us was easily the principle reason we were able to understand and enjoy our favorite journey in Turkey. Without your help with where to stay, and where to dine
and even such essentials as proper clothing, and understanding of the demands of the terrain we would have not been properly prepared without your guidance.

Ephesus was all we had hope it would be. A guide here was so important. To be in the hands of someone whose knowledge of this amazing cities history and
its importance in the early centuries AD was invaluable. As we strolled down the streets of Ephesus our guild constantly gave us a running commentary on
the importance of this city as the once great sea port of the ancient world, the great figures in Greek and Roman history who lived here and, of course,
to its connection to Christianity. There are routine guides and then there are guides of the highest caliber and you gave us the best !

We have already have had dinner with several friends who expressed an interest in travel to Turkey and we told them of the outstanding professional and
personal services you provide. You both are very special people who have a unique understanding of what will be of utmost benefit to your clients.

Marlene and I wish you all the best with all you future endeavors and should you ever visit in our area of the world we would love to have a chance to
demonstrate our appreciation.

Sincerely,
Karl and Marlene

Dear Murat,

Just a little note to thank you for all your help !
We absolutely loved Istanbul which I'm sure comes as no surprise to you ....But what surprised us is how much we loved Cappadoccia ... and I'm really grateful to Pinar and you for making it an unforgettable holiday.

From restaurant reccomendations, to The Balloon tour ,toThe whirling dervish show to The Turkish night ....it was all amazing !

And last but not least Mehmet and Mustapha were the best guide and driver we could ask for....(we've done enough tours around europe to know).

Mehmet spent so much more time with us than we expected that it was a pleasant surprise. He is patient and knowledgable and an amazing human being ....Do give him our regards. And Mustapha too (He always had a smile on his face).

Before we arrived in Cappadoccia we wondered if maybe we were making a mistake, maybe Bodrum or Izmir were better bets...But now I am certain that we made the right choice and I will reccomend Cappadoccia very highly to anyone visiting Turkey...It truly is a natural wonder !

Thank you both once again ...It was really good to meet you in person to put faces to the names..... and I'm sure our experience would not have been half as good without you to organise it.
We hope to plan another trip with you soon ....or who knows maybe we will see you both in India sometime in the near future!. Do let us know if you plan a trip !.

Thank you once again !.
Our very best wishes to you and Pinar ,

Murat and Pinar,
Once again, I just want to express my heartfelt thanks to you for your extraordinary efforts associated with my 15th holiday trip to Turkey.  Each and every time that I have contacted Proper Travel/Travel Atelier, I have received consummate service--and with that level of excellence, peace of mind.

When I first e-mailed you for your travel expertise two years ago, you amazed me with your attention to detail.  As you will remember, my friend and I required accommodations for a complex 17-day, 4,368 mile road trip from Istanbul to Ankara, up along the Black Sea, over to the East and down to the Southeast, across Central Anatolia, and back up to Istanbul.  From luxurious five-star hotels in the cities to a charming log cabin in the Kackar Mountains to an exotic caravan palace built in 1275 near the Syrian border, Proper Travel located and secured the most wonderful accommodations, even in the most remote areas.  No small feat!

So, for the travel arrangements related to my last five vacations to Turkey, I have called on you and your staff for the coordination and booking of airline tickets, car rentals, and/or hotels because I am confident you always will respond professionally.  And on top of all that, you both have displayed the inherent kindness and hospitality of the Turkish people.

For all these reasons and so many more, I will continue to recommend the superlative services of Proper Travel/Travel Atelier to other travelers.  Thank you!  Thank you!  Thank you!

Time has moved on very fast and we returned from our trip at the end of January straight back to work. Both Pete and I are feeling as though we have never been away but then we get all those
fantasic flashbacks of our trip. Nothing could top our visit to Turkey. We have been singing your praises since our return and handing out your bookmarks. My boss is nearly convinced and so are a couple of the teachers at Pete's school. I also gave some to our travel agent here in Bundaberg and they seemed very interested to have some contact in Turkey.

Thank you for all your help while we were in Turkey. I know that Pete would not have driven while there without your advise. He now is so please that he did. The accommodation you arranged was just what we needed and we had no disapointments at all.
We were able to see everything you suggested and it has made us think that we would like to come back and see more.

Pete has some has some great photographs to keep our memories alive and see have them on our screensavers everyday. We know that we could not have done this without you. Thank you.
I hope this finds you both well

I will keep you posted on our plans so you can again assist us in our bookings. We have passed your name onto anyone interested in going to Turkey. We very much appreciated all your hospitality.

I am enclosing a photo that I have meant to get off to you sooner and I will probably send you a couple of more in later days. We all talk constantly of Turkey and how much we miss it.

I would do anything to get back there again.

Take care,

Kathy

Subject: Thanks from Tony & Anne

Dear Murat
Greetings from Australia!
Belated thanks for looking after Anne and I so well during our visit to your
part of the world. Sorry for the delay in writing but Anne and I have been
flat out catching up with the kid's activities plus all of the accumulated
paper warfare which was waiting for us when we got home from the businesses
we operate.
We had an absolutely fantastic time in Turkey and we very much enjoyed your
great hospitality and for arranging everything for us and particularly at
such great rates.

I hope we have an opportunity to reciprocate sometime when you next visit
Australia!

I have attached a few photos of our trip I thought you would like to have.

The balloon flight is one Anne and I will never forget. You don't see that
close low level ballooning in too many parts of the world especially with
such spectacular scenery.

Thanks once again Murat and our regards to you and your beautiful wife.

Cheers

Tony

Subject: hi

Just wanted to drop you a quick note from Vancouver.  We are all here in the dreadful rain and all sorry to be home!! –

Again, thank you for all your arrangements.  They were absolutely perfect and we all had so much fun!! The tour in Instanbul was especially fun and there were definitely a few good stories to tell when we got home.  Also the Sultanhan hotel was a perfect location,  and we had a  great time getting to know Ali in the bar!!

So glad to have met you and Pinar.

Cappadocia and that whole experience was really the highlight of our vacation.

Take care,

 Kathy

Murat,
Please excuse the delay in getting back to you.  My sister left on Friday and son on Saturday so have been busy, busy doing domestic duties since my return.
We had a great time, really wonderful!  Everything about it was superb, from the hotel, the tour, the lunch on the way out, the transport.  A shame it was so short, but rest assured, I will be back and certainly be in touch before we get there.  I will also, if you have no objections, pass your details on to people here in the office.
Thanks for all your help and see you again.  Make sure you look us up if you are in Istanbul, I'll buy you some raki and lufer.

Hello Pinar & Murat,
No need to say that in Göreme and with you, I had a wonderful time and will remember every moment for a long time (I would prefer to say forever but sounds very "long"), specially the apple tea...Your hospitality and kindness were more than unusual and, beside the magnificence of Capadoccia, this make those days very special in all my vacations in Turkey. I feel among friends.....
Please, keep in touch.

PD: Pinar, I still remember that your name has an "i" without dot but I couldn't find it in my keyboard....
