Cappadocia is one of the oldest regions in
the world for the history of wine making. Wines produced 4000 years
ago near Avanos were carried to Hattusas, the capital of Hittite
Kingdom through the Red River.
In our tours the historical treasures of Cappadocia are discovered
with the theme of the culture and history of wine. The same sites as
in the customised tours of Cappadocia are visited, but with a
special emphasis on food and wine.
Food being an important part of turkish culture and of course of our
tours, we take lunch in special restaurants away from touristic
routes of Cappadocia or in the vineyards according to the weather
conditions.
Our tours are accompanied by our guide experienced 20 years in
tourism, who is also a wine specialist and a wine teacher.
