GÖCEK; Is
a 'Blue
cruise forever’ destination ; soon you board the boat, you see
nothing but ancient ruins and breathtaking shores. The most
noticeable remainings of the
Lycian civilizations can be seen here.Particularly tombs that
were carved directly into the rock face.
The gulf of Göcek
and Fethiye provides many opportunities to visit cultural sites as,
Kaunos,
Telmessos, Fethiye Museum,
Tlos,
Pýnara,
Letoon,
Xanthos and
Patara.

KAYAKÖY; An old Greek town which is only 8 kms. Far from
Fethiye. In 1922 Greek and Turkish governments agreed on ‘people
exchange’ programme and Greeks had to leave their homes.
SAKLIKENT CANYON; A huge canyon; and valley (14 km. long) between two mountains that is unbelievably narrow and
high. It’s river is amazing cold even in the hot (40 C) summer days.
OLYMPOS; Swing at the hammock place ! Feels as though your
walking in the coutryside along with the ‘all the way down the road’
accomodations ; backed by ancient ruins and stunning rock formations
on the cliffs.Perhaps Olympos is not Turkey’s most impressive but
definately the best to chill out and lazying around with it’s most
blue seas.
CHIMERA : An oppurtunity to dream by looking into flames
under the stars: Besides it’s mythological tale of the ‘monster’ the
most logical for the flames that it is natural gas seeping through
cracks in the earth.Quite interesting for tourists , a dream BBQ
place for Turks to trully appreciate the effects of the Chimera ,
it is best to visit the area in the evening.
ANTALYA;
Surrounded by amazing scenery of sharp contrasts, Antalya,
Turkey's principal resort, is an attractive city with shady palm-lined
boulevards and a prize-winning marina. In the picturesque old
quarter of Kaleici, narrow, winding streets and old wooden houses
abut the ancient city walls.
