Day 1 – Istanbul

You will be met and transferred to your hotel, rest of day on leisure.
A romantic dinner for 2 of you
in Ortakoy.
Overnight in Istanbul

Day 2 – Istanbul

Our day starts with ‘Hippodrome Square’ that was considered as the political and social heart of Constantinople. We enjoy the Obelisk brought from Egypt and the Serpentine Column.

We then proceed to amazing Underground Cistern which was used as a water reservoir in the times when the city was raided by enemies.After the underground cistern, we visit, the old ‘Via Egnatia’ of roman times to get into the masterpiece of Byzantine architecture, the oldest big church of the world, St. Sophia.The lunch is in one of the local restaurants in Sultanahmet or Eminonu area.

In the afternoon we first go to little known but very beautiful Church of Pamacharistos , recently opened to visit.Our excursion in Istanbul continues with a real jewel of Byzantine decorative art of the late period. We discover the beautiful mosaics of the church St. Savior in Chora which tell us all the life cycles of Virgin Mary and Jesus Christ. This church is known as one of the best examples of late middle age and pre-renaissance.

We enjoy the view on the fortification walls of the city built in 5th century under the rule of Theodosius 2nd to protect the city from Huns at the end of the day.

Day 3 – Istanbul

Our day starts with the visit of the masterpiece of ottoman architecture in Istanbul, the Mosque of Soliman the Magnificent built by the great architect Sinan. We stroll in the narrow streets of Suleymaniye where we feel like time stopped in 16th century.
We then continue with the Blue Mosque which takes its name from the 17th century blue tiles wich decorate the iner part of the walls.
Then along the park through the monuments we walk to Topkapi Palace, the old residence of ottoman sultans where more than 20 ottoman rulers lived during almost 400 years. The highlights of the palace are first the famous 86 carat diamond in the treasury halls and the harem where the sultans lived with their family. Lunch at ‘’Konyalı Restaurant’’ in the palace.
In the afternoon we proceed to Eminonu area to visit the ‘Egyptian bazaar’ so called as the spices sold there in old times were all brought from Egypt.
We wonder in the streets in and around the bazaar to enjoy a typical market where local people buy their goods.
To finish the day we take our turkish coffee in the area where the first coffee shops were established in the history of Europe.

Day 4 – Kusadasi

This morning we depart from Istanbul via domestic flights to Izmir. Pick up from Izmir Airport and transfer to Ephesus to view the ruins of Ephesus, one of the best preserved ancient ruins in the world. Ephesus was once the commercial center of the ancient world it is a highlight of any visitors to Turkey. The city, whose wealth and patronage supported its splendid architectural program, was dedicated to the goddess Artemis. Her enormous temple, once considered one of the seven wonders of the Ancient World and rebuilt several times. It dates in its latest form from the third century B.C. The tour of the ruins also includes a theater, gymnasium, agora baths, as well as the Library of Celsus.

Day 5 – Kusadasi

Today, we are going to visit a traditional Turkish Village, Sirince and you will have the chance to meet the locals and taste their local produce. Sirince is one of the Governments Protected Areas (G. P. A) of Izmir and so most of its original authentic buildings are well preserved, especially the two Churches in the village Center. After lunch, we will make a shopping tour in which you will be aware of the ancient arts of Turkey like carpet weaving, leather manufacturing and jewelry. Upon return you will have the opportunity to experience a Turkish Bath which is one of the oldest cultures of Anatolia it is an optional activities. After having dinner at your hotel, you will have the free time to stroll in the city.

Overnight in Kusadasi

Day 6 – Fethiye (Private Blue Cruise)

At 08:00 depart from Kusadasi for Fethiye. Board the boat in Fethiye harbour around 18:00. Meet your shipmates and crew. Evening meal and overnight in Fethiye harbour.

Day 7 – Gocek Bays

After breakfast and briefing, you’ll set off to the Göcek area in time for lunch at Tersane Island, where you can see the remains of a Roman and Greek shipyard on the shore. The rest of the day is spent at small bays and islands in the beautiful Göcek area.

Day 8 – Gocek Bays

Today is spent cruising the other part of the Göcek Bays, or according to the weather conditions, a direct pass to the Ekincik Bay. The overnight is spent in the natural bay at Ag Limani or Ekincik.

Day 9 – Paradise Island

Setting sail after breakfast, there’ll be time for swimming and a leisurely lunch at Turunç Bükü or at beautiful Cennet (Paradise) Island, before arriving in Marmaris for dinner and the night.

Day 10 – Istanbul

After breakfast in Marmaris, it’s time to bid farewell to your shipmates, gulet & crew.

Private transfer to Dalaman for the evening Istanbul flight.

Overnight in Istanbul.

Day 11 – Istanbul

Morning on leisure & private bosphorus cruise in the afternoon on a motor yacht.
Overnight in Istanbul.

Day 12 – Departure
